Our Passion. Discover why.

We love people who love meaningful insights. It’s what we at NETQ strongly believe in for our customers, our applicants and employees, and for our business partners. We are curious, eager to learn, and we’re always on the lookout for fresh ideas that really matter. Internally we use our ‘homegrown’ feedback portal Feedbackbook and the Insights Discovery® Personal Profile to achieve self-awareness and to improve personal and team performance. The assessment cycle is supported by a 360-degrees questionnaire. Key in all these tools is the visualisation of meaningful insights. We think giving and receiving feedback is one of the most important tools in speeding up personal growth. It helps you to further discover your strengths and potential. Easy-to-read data visualisation excites us, especially if it renders meaningful as well as surprising insights. Insights which explain actions and measures needed to create necessary or desired changes in people and organisations. We’re passionate too about delivering insights to people as early on as possible. At NETQ Healthcare this is what we do for children and adolescents in mental healthcare. We believe that if people gain insights at an early stage, it can add to a better quality of life.

Our DNA.

Drive.

Working for NETQ to me means going to work with a smile. To be self-confident but also have the ability to self-reflect. To never give up and always look for ways to reach the common goal of NETQ and the customer. To work together harmoniously with co-workers, sharing all knowledge past and present. To help build a team which is complementary and, last but not least, has a great sense of humour.

Entrepreneurship.

As the market leader in the Benelux region we serve many large clients in mental healthcare and hospitals. The competition is fierce and ever alert. At NETQ Healthcare we are working non stop with our customers to optimise our products and services. It’s the best way to stay sharp and remain at the forefront of these dynamic markets. Being an account manager allows me ample room to help shape this process. To me this is very challenging and inspirational.

Teamwork.

1 + 1 = 3
I can’t live without it! I enjoy working in co-creation projects, helping others, involving colleagues in my activities, and asking for feedback on my work. Not only does NETQ allow this, it is greatly encouraged. Together you can achieve more!

Because colleagues with different jobs work together in one room, we are all aware of what’s going on within the team. In my job as an interaction designer that’s a huge plus. Even without being told explicitly, I often know what’s wrong, what elements of the product are subject to improvement, what new functionalities are required. If not, colleagues know exactly where to find me. After I’ve designed a solution, I ask my colleagues for feedback and if necessary I’ll adapt the design before adding it to the software. This completes the cycle in which we can create an increasingly better product.
